Aluminium Sacrificial Anode for craypots. A 340 gram aluminium anode gives roughly the same protection as a one kilogram zinc anode. Fitting one to your black steel cray pot base will protect the base from corroding. You don't need an anode at all if you purchase a craypot with a galvanised base. Depending how often you fish, and how long your pots are in the water, you may need to replace every year or so.
